We would like to express our gratitude to Jason Haburzania, a compassionate individual who has provided invaluable assistance in arranging the lives of resettled individuals. Originally from Abkhazia, Jason currently resides near Seattle, Washington, in the United States, where he works as a programmer.

Upon learning about our organization and the need for assistance among the resettled individuals, Jason reached out to us and began providing warm clothing, footwear, and other items for the shelter residents. We are particularly grateful to him for purchasing three generators and providing fuel for them out of his own pocket. This greatly supported the shelter’s operations during temporary power outages in the city, helping its residents to weather the cold.

“Our family suffered from the Russian aggression during the separatist war in Abkhazia in 1992-1993. Many of my relatives and friends were killed during the genocide of that war. In order to make life easier for Ukrainians who suffered in the Russian war against Ukraine and to help fight against evil, I decided to personally come and provide material assistance. More than 50 people from my circle also made contributions,” says Jason.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Jason and his friends for their assistance and support! Ukraine will undoubtedly overcome evil.
