Volunteer Yevhen Tuzov (volunteer aid, organization of leisure for children of IDPs)

We extend our gratitude to Yevhen Tuzov, a volunteer from Mariupol, for his sensitivity and humanity. He is a well-known athlete in Ukraine, always leading an active lifestyle and professionally engaged in kickboxing. However, when the conflict broke out, he became a volunteer and began helping to evacuate people from the occupied territories and to arrange their lives in new locations. Many residents of the eastern and southern regions of our country owe their survival and safe evacuation to him.

Currently, Yevhen is in our city and is helping to organize leisure activities for the children of internally displaced persons. He has organized a summer camp on the Monastyrskyi Island in the Dnipro river, where children who have been displaced due to the conflict can participate in numerous competitions, workshops, and other entertainment activities. There are also exciting attractions and multiple meals with plenty of delicious and nutritious food. Children from our center often visit this camp.

We hold Yevhen in high regard for his sincere heart and compassion for those who have found themselves in difficult situations due to the war in Ukraine. We wish him good health, strength, success in his endeavors, peaceful skies overhead, and a swift recovery of his hometown of Mariupol.
