This year, Maslenitsa took place from February 16 to 22. As always, the residents of our shelter joined in the celebrations.

This year, the children from the shelter tried their hand at making pancakes and treated the adults to them. They were assisted by Father Mykolai Kupchynskyi, a priest of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, along with his friends—artists who came to the shelter for the holiday. Together, they prepared treats and served them to the adult residents of the shelter. Then there was a concert, which perfectly complemented the celebration, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere.
